Jody Shaw fine-tuned his considerable design skills to restore an unloved property into a luxurious home. After peaking through the aluminium windows (and past the overgrown hedge and patchy render), Jody Shaw knew he'd found an unloved gem in this semi-detached property. The house was also in their ideal area (a quiet enclave of tree-lined streets, close to a park with no-through traffic and near Chelsea) with the potential to renovate and extend. It was the perfect place to try out my project management and interior design skills, says Jody. It was crying out for a renovation, to be lived in and loved.
